Bounlu (Kerem Arslan, İstanbul, Türkiye) respects your privacy. This policy covers the bounlu.com marketing site. Individual apps (Kaçıyor, Promy, Notek, etc) have their own privacy policies, accessible through the app or its subdomain.

What we collect

• Contact form: Name, email, subject and message. Only used to reply.
• Server logs: IP (hashed), user agent, request time. Retained 30 days for security and debugging.
• Cookies: This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies.

Retention

Contact messages are retained at most 12 months after the issue is resolved. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
