Privacy Policy

Bounlu (Kerem Arslan, İstanbul, Türkiye) respects your privacy. This policy covers bounlu.com and its university-rankings section. Individual apps (Kaçıyor, Promy, Notek, etc) have their own privacy policies, accessible through the app or its subdomain.

What we collect

• Contact form: Name, email, subject and message. Only used to reply.
• Sponsor / advertising form: With your explicit consent, your name, email, phone and program of interest. Processed by Bounlu to send promotional emails on behalf of sponsors (e.g. Haliç University) — see below.
• Ad measurement: Impression and click counts for sponsored ads, via PostHog, Google Analytics and Cloudflare. This measurement data is anonymous and does not identify you.
• Server logs: IP (hashed), user agent, request time. Retained 30 days for security and debugging.
• Cookies: Analytics and ad-measurement cookies (PostHog, Google Analytics) may be used.

Advertising, sponsorship & marketing

bounlu.com shows sponsored ads. Personal data you provide through the advertising form with your explicit consent is processed by Bounlu to send bulk promotional emails on behalf of sponsors (e.g. Haliç University). These emails are sent by Bounlu, which is the data controller for this processing; your data is not transferred to the sponsor. You can opt out anytime via the link in the emails or by writing to support@bounlu.com.

Retention

Contact messages are retained at most 12 months after the issue is resolved. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
